Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

By using Koala Study Mate you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

Using the app

  • Koala Study Mate is for learning practice. Please use it kindly and do not try to break, misuse or overload it, or to earn coins by cheating.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Your login is your email address.
  • You must provide a correct email address and may only add words and content you have the right to use.

Free and Premium

  • Free and guest use have daily practice limits shown in the app.
  • Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription paid through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If Premium ends, data you added (such as your own words, child profiles and the full review notebook) is kept locked, not deleted.
  • Vouchers and coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Prices and features may change; we will show changes in the app.

Your account

You can delete your account in My Account after confirming your password. If you have a subscription, cancel it first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Our content

The app, koala artwork, sounds and word lists belong to Koala Study Mate or its licensors. You may use them to study in the app but may not copy or resell them.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. It is a practice tool and does not guarantee any test result. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NAPLAN or ACARA. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: admin@koalastudymate.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
